Shortage of second hand homes hits Dublin
Estate agent Savills reports a 400 per cent rise in viewings.
Savills has announced a 400 per cent increase in residential property viewings in the first three months of this year. The real estate agent has also recorded a 60 per cent increase in sale-agreed deals in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period last year.
