A number of substantial sales of industrial properties and development sites have been achieved in recent weeks, as investors and developers position themselves to exploit an expected shortage of grade A logistics properties towards the end of this year.
For the first time ever, an international specialist logistics developer has entered the Irish market, purchasing 33.45 acres at Baldonnel Business Park in Dublin 22, for which CBRE had been guiding €3.25 million.
