Shenick plans expansion with €2.5m funding

Dublin software firm Shenick has raised €2.5 million in a funding round led by Innovacom, the venture capital arm of FranceTelecom.

Dublin software firm Shenick has raised €2.5 million in a funding round led by Innovacom, the venture capital arm of FranceTelecom.

The French company invested €1.5 million in Shenick, whose software tests the capacity of broadband and cable networks. The balance of €1 million came from Trinity Venture Capital in Dublin, which previously invested in Shenick in 2003.
