Shelbourne set to sell 25% of Irish property portfolio

Shelbourne Developments, the property firm owned by Garrett Kelleher, is in talks to sell a 25 per cent stake in its Irish property portfolio to the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Shelbourne Developments, the property firm owned by Garrett Kelleher, is in talks to sell a 25 per cent stake in its Irish property portfolio to the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The deal values Shelbourne’s Irish assets at between €700 million and €800million. Numerous calls to Shelbourne last week were not returned.
