The Minister for Justice, Alan Shatter. has written to EU security ministers seeking stronger asset-recovery measures across member states.
Shatter is in Luxemburg at the Justice and Home Affairs Council of the European Union, where he called on his European colleagues to support further measures strengthening the European framework targeting the proceeds of crime.
