Justice Minister Alan Shatter has said that he did not receive a letter containing information on the allegations of tapings in Garda stations until yesterday.

Justice Minister Alan Shatter has said that he did not receive a letter containing information on the allegations of tapings in Garda stations until yesterday.

According to reports, the Justice Department was informed earlier this month that members of the Gardai, witnesses and journalists were among those whose calls were recorded in Garda stations across the country.

The letter was reportedly sent to the Justice Department by former Garda Commissioner Martin Callinan on March 10...
