Shareholders net an estimated €60m from Arantech sale

The founders and backers of Dublin firm Arantech have netted about €60 million from the sale of the company.

The founders and backers of Dublin firm Arantech have netted about €60 million from the sale of the company.

The firm, which makes software for mobile phone operators, was bought by Tektronix Communications in Texas last week. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but industry sources said that Arantech had revenues of close to €30 million last year.
