European stocks were little changed near a three-month high as US President Barack Obama postponed a decision on military action against Syria.

European stocks were little changed near a three-month high as US President Barack Obama postponed a decision on military action against Syria.

In Dublin, the Iseq index was up 0.1 per cent. London’s FTSE was down 0.2 per cent. In Frankfurt, the DAX was up 0.2 per cent, while the CAC in Paris was down 0.2 per cent.

Asian markets were also largely unchanged. The Nikkei in Tokyo was unchanged and the Hang Seng in Hong Kong...
