Share report: markets dip after ECB comments

European shares fall after Draghi says downside risks have emerged for economic growth.

The ISEQ index fell 0.2 per cent.

European shares have weakened after the European Central Bank president Mario Draghi mentioned downside risks to economic growth outlook.

Bank shares were affected worst.

The EuroStoxx index fell 1.2 per cent.
