European shares declined, following their biggest rally in two months, as investors awaited the outcome of a Federal Reserve meeting starting today.

In Dublin, the Iseq index was unchanged. London’s FTSE fell 0.3 per cent, while the CAC in Paris was down 0.8 per cent. Germany’s DAX was down 0.3 per cent.
