Irish shares rose as the EU summit concluded in Brussels.
Attention was on Exchequer figures due out later today with two research houses predicting they will show tax take in excess of 7.5 per cent.
The ISEQ was up 11.93 points, or 0.3 per cent, at 3,250.57 at midday.
