European stocks fell, after the Stoxx Europe 600 Index posted the longest winning streak in 15 months, as China vowed to carry out the broadest plan for economic reform since at least the 1990s.
In Dublin, the ISEQ index was down 0.5 per cent. London’s FTSE fell 0.3 per cent, as did the CAC in Paris. The DAX in Frankfurt was down 0.1 per cent.
