European stocks climbed, rebounding after two daily losses, as investors awaited data that may show German investor confidence rose for the first time this year.

In Dublin, the Iseq index slipped by 0.1 per cent. London’s FTSE rose 0.1 per cent, while the DAX was up 0.9 per cent. In Paris, the CAC was up 0.5 per cent.
