Share report: European stocks fall to lowest level in three months

European stocks fell to their lowest level in more than three months as the conflict between Russia and Ukraine continued to escalate and companies including Vinci and ArcelorMittal reported worse than expected earnings.

European stocks fell to their lowest level in more than three months as the conflict between Russia and Ukraine continued to escalate and companies including Vinci and ArcelorMittal reported worse than expected earnings.

ArcelorMittal dropped 6.2 per cent in morning trading after lowering its full-year profit forecast. Vinci shares slipped 6.6 per cent. Iliad SA dropped 7.6 per cent after offering $15 billion for a controlling stake in T-Mobile US.
