Share report: European markets mixed

European stocks dropped for the first time in three days as investors awaited data on US durable-good orders.

European stocks were mixed amid political wrangling in Italy and as investors awaited data on US durable-good orders.

In Dublin, the Iseq index was unchanged and London’s FTSE rose 0.7 per cent. But Germany’s DAX index was down 0.1 per cent, while the French CAC was down 0.5 per cent.
