European markets, including Dublin's ISEQ, were down at the closing bell, this evening.

ISEQ closes 26 points lower.

As European markets dipped, Dublin’s ISEQ closed 26 points lower today.

In Dublin this evening, the ISEQ was down 0.8 per cent at the closing bell. Among those who lost ground today were Independent News and Media, CRH, United Drug, Kingspan and Ryanair. Rival airline Aer Lingus finished higher after saying this morning that it had a strong trading performance in the first six months of the year.
