European markets advanced on Tuesday as investors were encouraged by the results of the European Elections, which saw successes for governing parties in Germany and Italy.

European markets advanced on Tuesday as investors were encouraged by the results of the European Elections, which saw successes for governing parties in Germany and Italy.
