Several appeals over Eircom plans

Eircom’s plans for a mixed-use residential, retail and commercial development on a 2.5-acre site between Mill Street and Warrenmount Lane in Dublin 8 have been appealed to An Bord Pleanala.

Eircom’s plans for a mixed-use residential, retail and commercial development on a 2.5-acre site between Mill Street and Warrenmount Lane in Dublin 8 have been appealed to An Bord Pleanala. Eircom’s property company, Osprey, has appealed the terms of the planning permission and, in addition, two third-party appeals have been made to the board.
