Larry Goodman's Setanta Centre on Nassau Street in Dublin increased in value by €20 million in just 12 months, according to company accounts.

Larry Goodman's Setanta Centre on Nassau Street in Dublin increased in value by €20 million in just 12 months, according to company accounts.

The Co Louth beef processor bought the building on April 2, 2003 for €89 million. It was valued at €109 million on March 31, 2004.

The revaluation was stated in the accounts for Goodman's company, Reverie. Goodman, 67, and his wife are directors of the firm, which is based near Goodman's home in Castlebellingham, Co Louth. The...
