The standardisation of euro payments through the use of a single automated channel will benefit both debtors and creditors. But Barry Manning, head of corporate cash management, Danske Bank, said: "A lack of preparation for Sepa can place businesses at risk of delays in making and receiving payments to and from suppliers, staff and customers once the February 1, 2014 deadline passes."
