Senior counsel Brendan Kilty has won his judicial review of an order by a District Judge restricting the barrister from bringing further legal actions.

Kilty had been refused permission by District Judge Cormac Dunne to object to the renewal of Tadhg Campion's auctioneer's licence two years ago.

Campion acted for Kilty in the sale of three of his properties in Sandycove, Dublin, for €3.7 million in 2004, but Kilty subsequently refused to pay the auctioneer's fee.
