Second phase released in Carrickmines development

A second phase of 50 houses and apartments in a €200 million development in Carrickmines in south Dublin has gone on sale off the plans through Hooke & MacDonald. Carrickmines Manor is located on the Glenamuck Road, just past Carrickmines Tennis Club, and is being developed jointly by Pierse Homes and Redquartz Boundary.

The first 50 units were sold off the plans last September.
