Second phase at Phoenix Park under starter's orders

Hooke & MacDonald is taking bookings this weekend for the second phase of 100 units at the landmark Phoenix Park Racecourse development in Dublin 7.

When complete this €1.5 billion development by Flynn & O'Flaherty will include more than 2,000 homes as well as a town square, community hall, restaurants, hotel, shops and a creche.
