When Ergo acquired CDSoft and its network expertise in 2010, one of the first projects for the newly merged company was to replace the internal phone system.

Pre-sales manager Rob Davies, formerly of CD Soft, oversaw a migration that made the Ergo offices the largest deployment of Microsoft Lync in Ireland. All 160 employees have a suite of UC tools at their fingertips and headsets instead of desk phones.
