Sean Dunne declared bankrupt by High Court

Developer Sean Dunne has been declared bankrupt in the High Court in Dublin following a case brought by Ulster Bank.

Developer Sean Dunne has been declared bankrupt in the High Court in Dublin following a case brought by Ulster Bank.

The bank had previously secured a judgment against the now US-based developer for €164 million. Earlier this year, Dunne filed for bankruptcy in the US.
