A Dublin company has been fined £10,000 (€14,500) for running a misleading premium-rate scratchcard promotion in Britain.
It was the third time that Phonovation, of Clarinda Park North, Dun Laoghaire, had been fined by the British premium-rate regulator, Icstis.
Phonovation was also reprimanded, barred from access to the service for six months and reported to the Irish regulator, Regtel.
