Savills predicts further house price and rent hikes

Savills Ireland is predicting further house price and rent rises in Dublin as an inevitability. According to the agent’s latest figures for the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB), Dublin rents have risen by almost 10 per cent over the past year, and house prices are predicted to follow the same trend.
