The Dubai Duty Free National Derby is moving to Saturday evening for the first time in its 47-year history next weekend.

The Dubai Duty Free National Derby is moving to Saturday evening for the first time in its 47-year history next weekend. The move aims to improve attendance and TV viewership, which also seems to have resonated with sponsors.

Barclays Bank, eFlow, Friarstown Stud, Boodles and Debenhams have all come on board for this year's racing festival, sponsorship of which is now valued at over €1 million.
