Sandyford’s Hive reaches final stages of completion

The Hive comprises a total of 6,780 square metres of Grade A offices over four floors with a large car park providing 117 spaces, and is just 200 metres from the Stillorgan Luas stop

U+I Group and Colony Capital’s refurbishment of the Sandyford Hive office block is scheduled for completion in August. Leasing agent HWBC is guiding a rent of €32 per square foot and €1,750 per car space per annum.

The entire building is available to rent either as a single headquarters of 73,000 square feet or, alternatively, on a multi-floor basis with typical plates of 17,000 to 18,000 square feet.
