Google’s decision to take about 9,513 square metres of office space in Sandyford looks set to accelerate the pace of the development of both the tech and property businesses in this part of Dublin 18.

With occupancy levels close to full capacity, rents have also been rising. Last spring, Green Reit secured a rent of about €301 per square metre for its letting of the 14,680 square metre Block H at Central Park to AIB.
