Sales of new homes in Dublin increase

Data released by Savills New Homes last week shows that there has been a significant spike in the number of new homes sold in the first half of the year when compared to the same period last year. There have been nearly 1,300 new unit sales in 2017 compared to just over 800 throughout the same period last year and overall sales are up fivefold since the trough of the market in 2012.
