Sales of almost €40 million for electronics firm CEL

Connaught Electronics Ltd (CEL) , the firm recently bought by French company Valeo, had sales of €38.9 million last year and moved close to break-even.

Connaught Electronics Ltd (CEL) , the firm recently bought by French company Valeo, had sales of €38.9 million last year and moved close to break-even.

The company made a pre-tax loss of less than €108,000 last year, compared with a loss of almost €1.1 million in 2005.

CEL, which develops electronic components for the vehicle industry, had sales of €37.6 million in 2005.
