Sale and leaseback deal for Ibis Dublin hotels

The Ibis Dublin: a three-star hotel

The hotels division of CBRE in Dublin has completed the sale and franchise back of the Ibis Dublin in an off-market transaction on behalf of AccorHotels. The value of the deal has not been disclosed – the buyer was Hetherley Capital Partners, the London-based hotel investment and asset management firm.

The Ibis Dublin is a 150-bedroom three star hotel beside the N7 Naas Road. Built in the mid-1990s, it was substantially refurbished in 2007/2008.
