Ryanair is to open 31 new routes from Budapest in Hungary in two weeks’ time, following yesterday’s collapse of the Hungarian airline Malev. The new routes include Dublin-Budapest.

Ryanair is to open 31 new routes from Budapest in Hungary in two weeks’ time, following yesterday’s collapse of the Hungarian airline Malev. The new routes include Dublin-Budapest, which will start later this month.

The Irish airline will also base four new Boeing 737-800 aircraft at Budapest Airport, and will start recruiting former Malev pilots and cabin crew next Tuesday.
