Ryanair to carry 75m passengers

Budget airline Ryanair expects to carry a total of 75 million passengers in 2011, its chief executive Michael O'Leary told the company's annual general meeting in Dublin.

Budget airline Ryanair expects to carry a total of 75 million passengers in 2011, its chief executive Michael O'Leary told the company's annual general meeting in Dublin.

In 2010, the company carried 72.7 million passengers, according to its website.

O'Leary said the company hoped to return to a net cash position in 2012, according to Bloomberg News.
