Ryanair’s share price was up 2.6% after it earlier released data showing a 5 per cent or 350,000 increase in passenger traffic during May.

The airline’s monthly traffic was at 7.86 million passengers over May 2012. Ryanair’s rolling 12-month traffic to May 2013 rose by 4 per cent to a record 79.8m passengers.
