O’Leary’s gloomy forecast dropped the Ryanair share price, which will certainly make his share buy-back plans a lot easier, writes David Clerkin.

A10 per cent fal l in the share price was hardly what Ryanair chief executive Michael O’Leary had in mind when he announced full-year results last week.

But it was what O’Leary had to say about the current year, rather than the previous one, that upset investors....
