Ryanair is to hit its passengers with a range of price hikes for baggage and boarding card reissue penalties, it said in a statement.

The airline will increase its peak summer period checked-in baggage fees by €5 or £5 per bag for all online bookings made from 15th December. This will see the charge rise from €20 to €25 per bag for Irish-based passengers.
