The terms of Ryanair's relationship with Nimes airport will be examined in an investigation by the European Union into state subsidies at the airport, Bloomberg News reported.

The terms of Ryanair's relationship with Nimes airport will be examined in an investigation by the European Union into state subsidies at the airport, Bloomberg News reported.

The Commission said in a statement that it would look at rebates and marketing agreements between the airline and the airport as well as its financial arrangements with French authorities.

Regulators started a probe into Carcassonne airport's agreements with Ryanair earlier this month.
