Ryanair bans Spanish police officer for carrying gun

Ryanair has banned a Spanish police officer from ever flying with the airline again after he allegedly boarded a flight while secretly carrying a gun.

Ryanair said that the policeman’s actions were a clear breach of the airline’s “no guns” regulations.

Ryanair has banned a Spanish police officer from ever flying with the airline again after he allegedly boarded a flight while secretly carrying a gun.

The Irish airline called on the Spanish government to prohibit what it described as an “unsafe regulation” that allows even off-duty police officers to bring firearms onto domestic flights in Spain.
