9th July, 2005

Ryanair's legal action against the Ryanair European Pilots' Association (REPA) will be mentioned in the High Court tomorrow.

The airline claims that REPA's website has been harassing and intimidating its pilots.

The action is being taken against the Irish Airline Pilots' Association (IALPA) and its British counterpart BALPA, which Ryanair believes are behind the website. If both parties are ready to proceed tomorrow, a date for the case will be set.
