Ryan sued by publisher over election literature

Fianna Fail TD and MEP Eoin Ryan is being sued by a Dublin company for allegedly not paying about €20,000 to the business that printed election material for his 2004 European election campaign.

Fianna Fail TD and MEP Eoin Ryan is being sued by a Dublin company for allegedly not paying about €20,000 to the business that printed election material for his 2004 European election campaign.

The case centres on the alleged non-payment of invoices issued to Ryan, who told The Sunday Business Post that he would ‘‘vigorously contest’’ a Circuit Court case being taken against him over the alleged debt.
