As reported by The Sunday Business Post earlier this year, RTE1 is set to launch a new on-screen identity. The move follows the 2004 rebrand of RTE2. Created by RTE in association with Red Bee Media, 12 new RTE1 ‘idents’ (the visual tags that identify the station) have been created to represent life in Ireland.
