RTE rubber-stamps redundancy for 120 staff

Some 120 letters have been sent to RTE staff in the last few days informing them their applications for the voluntary redundancy scheme have been accepted.

Some 120 letters have been sent to RTE staff in the last few days informing them their applications for the voluntary redundancy scheme have been accepted.

Paperwork will be sent out to these applicants in around a fortnight, and employees will then have a period of time to either confirm that they are proceeding with redundancy, or withdrawing their application.
