The Late Late Show may be without a sponsor but RTE’s commercial revenues are still set to rise by some 15 per cent to €160 million to €170 million this year, according to Geraldine O’Leary, its commercial director. Both RTE’s traditional advertising revenue and its income from sponsorship are experiencing strong double-digit growth, buoyed by ratings gains and by events such as the World Cup and the Ryder Cup, she said....
