Insurer RSA, which owns the 123.ie brand in Ireland, has suspended three senior management staff after issues were identified during an internal audit.

“RSA Insurance Ireland has suspended its chief executive officer Philip Smith, chief financial officer Rory O’Connor and claims director Peter Burke pending the outcome of an investigation into issues in the Irish claims and finance functions which were identified during a routine internal audit,” a statement issued this evening by the company...
