Ross to develop 42 acres in Dunboyne

Developer Seamus Ross is involved in a joint venture scheme to develop 32 business units at Piercetown in Dunboyne, Co Meath.

The development will consist of units suitable for a range of business uses including office, light industrial, warehouse, local retail services and a childcare facility.

An application is to be submitted in the coming days for the scheme which is to be developed on a 42.24 acre site by a vehicle called Royal Gateway Holdings.

Ross is familiar with the area, having developed the nearby Dunboyne Castle hotel and apartment development.
