Treasury Holdings is quietly selling suites in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, which it is building at Powerscourt near Enniskerry in north Wicklow.

Treasury Holdings is quietly selling suites in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, which it is building at Powerscourt near Enniskerry in north Wicklow.

Sources say the rooms are selling for nearly €14,000 per square metre, meaning some rooms are priced at around €600,000.

The rooms are being sold through Hamilton Osborne King, according to property sources, and there is understood to be a rental guarantee from a Treasury Holdings company.
