Rising salaries in a range of sectors last year will not affect Ireland's competitiveness, according to Louise Campbell, managing director of recruitment firm Robert Walters.

Campbell was responding to the Irish results of Robert Walters' Global Salary Survey. It found that salaries in the financial services, legal and compliance and IT sectors all rose last year. The increases reflected a global shortage in these areas, said Campbell.
