Shopping centre rents have increased by over 16 per cent since last June at a time when average visitor numbers are tumbling, according to a new survey.

Dundrum Town Centre is the number one shopping centre rated by retailers, the retail excellence organisation, Crest, concluded in its report, while Jetland Shopping Centre in Limerick was last in the list of 50 premises.
